As a husband and wife sales team with Prudential California Realty’s Laguna Niguel office, Day and Ryan Joly both have extensive backgrounds in sales and marketing that enhance their ability to help their clients achieve maximum results.

Specializing in the marketing and sale of residential property, especially in Laguna Niguel, Dana Point and Laguna Beach, Day and Ryan are hardworking, energetic professionals who are respected throughout the brokerage community for their strong ethics, integrity and commitment to customer service.  They take pride in the fact that a large percentage of their business comes from referrals and repeat clients, and have been awarded membership to the Prudential Honor Society.

An Orange County resident since 1995, but originally from Ohio, Day has held several management-level sales and marketing positions in the high tech industry, most recently at Escrow.com.  She has also worked in marketing and public relations for the University of California, Irvine, and the University of Cincinnati where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in communications. Full of energy and enthusiasm, Day was a professional cheerleader for the Cincinnati Bengals.  Day achieved e-certification within three months of beginning her full-time real estate career in 2002, and currently serves on the special events committee for her office. 

Ryan, a native of Orange County, graduated from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelors’ degree in business.  He is an alumni member and past president of the Pi Kappa Alpha International Fraternity.  Prior to joining his wife in the real estate industry, he enjoyed an award-winning career as regional manager for Black and Decker, and as regional sales manager for South Coast Circuits.

In an effort to give back to their community, Day and Ryan are involved with a number of local charities. Day is also a member of the Mothers of Pre-Schoolers (MOPS) program at Coast Hills Community Church while Ryan is an active member of the ministry team.  They have a daughter, Alexa, and two greyhounds.
